God?
So, I regularly get calls from people who know me in the spiritual community, looking for feedback on topics or for insight into questions they don’t know where else to look for answers.
In this case, it was about God, my understanding of it, my own abilities, and the source of them.
“I know you don’t really follow any conventional religions or anything, so… what’s your understanding of what ‘God’ is?”
My own belief is that god is not a person, or some invisible being in the sky who controls all reality. I believe that God is more a frequency, a vibration… if you will. In essence, I see God as the divine energy of creation.
“so what do you see Abaddon as? I know you work with him and consider him as your guardian angel. So what is he?”
Abaddon is similar to God, from my understanding. A frequency. Similar to God in that, all is formed out of the abyss, his domain… so if there is a sentient entity that forms reality, Abaddon is the closest we have to that, because all is uncreated in his realm, and becomes “something” when it leaves and moves into the next plane of existence.
“So do you believe your abilities come from Abaddon, or God, or where do they come from?”
Well, in essence I believe they come from God. But not in the sense most understand. I see myself (my ultimate potential) as that of God… in fact, i recognize myself as my own God. Realizing that my reality is ultimately formed by my own beliefs and ideals, my actions… and my inactions create my reality. I create my abilities, by knowing they are possible, and fully embracing that reality, with greater conviction than that of the world around me (seeking understanding: you don’t need to know how someone works, for it to work. Most of us do not know how cell phones or computers work, but they still work!)
Our need as a species to understand that which does not need to be understood, is our greatest limitation to our ability! If you let go of the need to understand, and just accept that it works… if it can be repeated, is all that one needs to confirm its reliability.
