The truth about the Higher Self

There is much written about the higher self, many guides and meditations to help you to connect with it. Let me be the first one to say… almost everything written is wrong!

Allow me to explain…

They all teach that the “Higher Self” is some obtuse, external construct, that is separate from who and what you are.

The truth is, the higher self is within you… it is a part of you, buried under layers of programming and manipulation.

Only by looking within, and recognizing the truth of who and what you are, can you connect with the higher self.

So why the deception? The answer is simple…

Those who “control” this reality, seek to disconnect us from our true power. (Strong and wise people don’t make good slaves). It is much easier to control people who are disconnected from their truth, living a lie.

Your higher self is not some esoteric external construct (that’s God)… it is not an angel, a god, a demon, or a dragon! It is like you… only the best version of yourself!
